The challenge of Langtang isn’t technical terrain or extreme exposure. It’s consistent uphill walking, altitude gain over consecutive days, and making good decisions in the upper valley. Our approach is simple: sensible pacing, built-in acclimatisation, and experienced local leadership that understands when to progress and when to pause.

This product allows you to reserve your place on the Langtang Valley Trek. Once booked, our Nepal team confirms dates, availability, and the final plan directly with you.

What’s Included (Base Trek Package)

• Licensed, experienced local trekking guide

• On-trail support appropriate to group size

• All permits required for the Langtang Valley route
  (Langtang National Park entry + TIMS where applicable)

• Teahouse accommodation during the trek

• All meals on trekking days (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

• Ground transport between Kathmandu and the trek start / finish points

• Daily trek coordination, pacing, and safety oversight

• Pre-trek coordination and briefing once dates are confirmed

• International flights to and from Nepal

• Nepal visa fees

• Kathmandu hotel accommodation before or after the trek (unless arranged)

• Travel insurance (must cover high-altitude trekking and evacuation)

• Hot showers, Wi-Fi, charging, and laundry fees at teahouses

• Personal trekking gear

• Tips for guides and support staff (customary but optional)

Payment Options

You may choose one of the following at checkout:

Option 1: Deposit Only

• USD 300 deposit

• Secures your place on the trek

• Deducted from the final trek price

• Remaining balance is typically due ~1 week before departure

Option 2: Pay in Full

• Pay the full trek price upfront

• No balance due later (unless optional upgrades are added)

Trek Pricing (Guidance)

• Shared group trek: from USD 899 per person

• Private treks: available on request (priced by group size and dates)

Private treks include the same base services with a dedicated guide and private scheduling.
Final pricing is confirmed once dates, group type, and logistics are known.

Optional Upgrades & Adjustments

Many travellers choose to make small adjustments once dates and logistics are confirmed.

Depending on availability, options may include:

• Private transport between Kathmandu and the trek start / finish points

• Additional acclimatisation or rest days in the upper valley

• Porter support (shared or private)

• Accommodation upgrades where available

• Additional nights before or after the trek

Upgrades are:

• Discussed after booking

• Quoted clearly

• Added only if suitable and requested

We do not pre-package upgrades or apply them by default.
