How It Works
We keep the process for our treks simple, clear, and consistent. The goal is to make it easy for you to reserve with confidence, while allowing us to confirm details properly once dates and logistics are known.
1. Choose Your Trek
We operate a small number of established treks in Nepal, run repeatedly and planned with realistic pacing and acclimatisation.
Each trek page explains what the experience is like, who it’s suitable for, and how we approach safety and logistics. If you’re unsure which trek is the best fit, you’re welcome to contact us before reserving.
2. Reserve Your Place
When you’re ready, you can reserve directly from the trek page.
You’ll have the option to:
- Pay a deposit to secure your place, or
- Pay in full if you prefer
A deposit confirms serious intent and is deducted from the final trek price.
3. Confirmation & Planning
Once we receive your reservation, our Nepal team reviews:
- Your preferred dates
- Group type (shared or private)
- Availability and seasonal logistics
We then confirm the final plan with you directly. This ensures details are aligned before anything is locked in.

4. Optional Adjustments
After booking, we can discuss optional adjustments where appropriate, such as:
- Private trek arrangements
- Accommodation upgrades
- Additional support or pacing adjustments
All upgrades are quoted clearly and added only if requested.
5. Final Details & Balance
Once dates and logistics are confirmed, you’ll receive:
- A clear outline of the trek
- Final instructions and preparation guidance
- Balance payment details
The remaining balance is typically settled shortly before the trek begins.

6. On the Trail
Treks are operated locally by experienced teams, with decisions on pace and conditions made on the ground.
Acclimatisation is treated as non-negotiable, and guides have the authority to adjust plans if needed. The focus is always on completing the trek well, not rushing to meet an artificial schedule.
